Alberta hopeful Keystone will rise, again

Alberta is still optimistic Keystone XL will be back on track following this year's US presidential elections.

In an interview with Reuters, Alberta's finance minister Ron Liepert said he's hopeful the $7 billion project connecting the province's oil patch with refineries in the Gulf of Mexico would be back in the picture later this year.
